The Fiancé(e) Visa or K-1 Visa is a nonimmigrant visa that allows any foreign national fiancé/fiancée of a U.S. citizen to travel to the United States for the purpose of marriage.

The K-1 visa allows the foreign-citizen fiancé(e) to travel to the United States and marry his or her U.S. citizen sponsor within 90 days of arrival.
